Requirements: - Strong experience as a Tech Lead - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React - 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer - Expert proficiency in HTML/CSS, including responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, CSS preprocessors, and frameworks.

- Strong JavaScript skills, with expertise in concepts like asynchronous programming, ES6+, and closures - A strong understanding of web application security, session management, and modern development practices - Hands-on experience with build tools and bundlers (e. g. , vite, webpack) - Familiarity with relational databases, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and general web application development - Good knowledge of Node. js and its ecosystem - REST APIs design - Excellent analytical and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment - Team player with a problem-solving mindset - Fluency in English and Italian is required Responsability - Leading the team in developing the client-side part of our web applications - Will work closely with our design and back-end teams to ensure that business needs and customer requirements are translated into highly functional, interactive, and appealing web experiences.
