About the position: Head of Clinical Pathology We are looking for an experienced candidate who will have the role of leading the clinical pathology laboratory at a preclinical CRO Job Function Tasks - Interpretation of clinical pathology data to support the reporting of regulatory toxicology studies - Organization of the activities performed by the laboratory activities - Supervision of the technical staff - Implementation and analytical validation of new assays - Regular maintenance of instruments - Purchase reagents necessary to perform standard activities - Periodic revision of standard operating procedures Required Qualification - Degree in Veterinary Medicine (or other relevant Biomedical discipline) - Knowledgeable expertise in best practices (OECD/GLP) - Basic knowledge in Laboratory Information System and Quality Control - Good oral and written communication skills - Fluent in written and spoken English - Team working attitude
