Offer Description The winning candidate is required to respect the full-time regime.

The commitment for the performance of teaching, integrative teaching, and tutoring activities is equal to 350 hours.

This commitment will include the assignment of courses in the SSD MATH-06/A – Ricerca Operativa in the study courses of "Laurea Triennale" or "Laurea Magistrale" active in the University of Parma, also in English.

In particular, she/he will give a 6 CFU course in the master's degree in data science for Management by the Department of Economics and Management.

The winning candidate will be involved in third mission activities, with the planning of activities for events such as, for example, the Night of Researchers.

The Researcher will have to contribute to the departmental research collaborating with other colleagues on research topics related to the SSD MATH-06/A – Ricerca Operativa, with particular attention to those also of interest for the SSD IINF-04/A – Automatica, since the research group she/he will belong to is also composed of members of such SSD.

Research topics will include theoretical and experimental aspects of optimization with industrial applications such as autonomous navigation.

The winning candidate will be involved in research activities connected to the topic 'Climate, Energy, Sustainable Mobility' of the Programma Nazionale per la Ricerca (PNR) 2021-2027.

As a scientific productivity objective, it is expected the production of articles in international and Class A journals, and the development of research programs for the participation of national and international research calls.

Teaching may include lectures, tutorials, support in any other forms of student instruction, grading, and evaluation of papers and final exams, on the subjects and topics covered by the contract.

Teaching for up to 120 hours is required, according to university regulations.
