The HR Business Partner will be anadvisor to Operations leaders, utilizing their strong HR experienceand expertise. You will develop and execute business strategiesfocused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. As a natural culturesteward, you will partner with internal stakeholders to integrateAmazon's peculiar culture into the employee experience. Inaddition, you will put in place standard processes and policiesenabled by standard work and help guide the organization throughchange by being champions of Change Management. You will be theproxy for the HR Manager at your Fulfillment Center. RoleResponsibilities - Drive Associate engagement programs, acting asEmployee Relations Subject Matter Expert, monitor Associatefeedback to drive effective employee relations, retention andreward programs - Manage labor relations if applicable and complexcases with both internal and external representatives of unions, while integrating legislative shifts into HR policy and practices -Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through astrong understanding of how talent fits into the business strategyand how to develop talent - Coordinate with management to build andexecute recruitment of middle and senior management, on boarding, training and development initiatives - Facilitate and manage thetalent review process and succession planning in partnership withmanagement - Draw insights from data to improve processes, employeeengagement and policy alignment across the business - Manage anddeploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives, includingimplementing new tools and technology that will provide bettersupport to stakeholders About the team Our HR employees in Italyare hands-on professionals that act both tactically andstrategically to maximize employee engagement and development. Forthese reasons, our HR Leaders are in regular contact with fieldAssociates and work closely with Operations.
