Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assemble winding and process machines with technical responsibility.

- Commissioning, troubleshooting and fault elimination

- Contribute to a high level of flexibility, team performance and motivation

- Support the continuous improvement of the assembly area (CIP process)

- Co-responsibility for the work area in terms of order, cleanliness and functionality of work equipment

- Problem-solving and quality deficiencies in consultation with supervisors

**You bring that with You**:

- Proven experience in metalworking companies that design and manufacture both commissioned plants and lines, as well as batch production for standard machines.

- A good knowledge of mechanical design and components.

- A predisposition for problem-solving.

- Is organized, precise, and attentive to procedures.

- Has analytical skills, a collaborative character, openness, and an orientation towards interpersonal relationships.
