This internship is on-site and will begin from January-March 2025. RequirementsKNOWLEDGE SKILLSSoft SkillsOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsSelf-sufficient and self-drivenFlexibility and AdaptabilitySense of responsibility and highly reliableStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingGrowth mindset, with a desire to learn and continually improveQualificationsAbility to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion. Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)Marketing knowledge and practical experienceAbility to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challengesLoves working in a teamAgile mindset and can-do attitudeResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of marketing performance metrics, working with KPIs and understanding how to set KPI targetsStrategic planning for 2-3 monthsCreating campaigns and development strategiesContent marketing and community growthDesign, plan, execute and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, implementing changes where necessary to optimize revenues. Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary, and recommendations.
