**ROLE
The Intern reports to the Immigration Specialist within the Culture and Inclusion Department about the coordination of the immigration process end-to-end: from preliminary assessments to the acquisition of information necessary to support the researcher in being able to work in Italy.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intern will support the Immigration Specialist, with:
- Assistance with the relocation of our foreign Researcher.
Specifically, the Intern will involved in:
- Advising on legal and regulatory requirements for immigration process;
- Management of Immigration cases related to obtaining Worker's Residence Permit, renewals and conversions;
- Relations with Prefectures and Policy Headquarters ASL and Agenzia delle Entrate;
- Housing search support with related documentation (housing suitability certificate);
- Support Accompanying Family members and Family Reunification;
- Support the foreign researcher related to school services.
**REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach;
- Very good knowledge of the English language;
- Relations with international people or education abroad are appreciate;
- Other experiences in Consulate, Ambassy, Public Office are considered a plus.
**DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
- The Intern will be based in **Lecce** CMCC office.
- The appointment period will be of **6 months **starting as soon as possible.
- Flexible working time as per internal policies.
- Support during the immigration process, if needed.
**PROTECTED CATEGORY
Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
Some fiscal benefits could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).
