We are seeking an Organization, Process & Change (OPC) Specialist, who can effectively support the OPC Manager with specific projects implementation and organizational design and development, including organizational strategy definition, process reengineering and improvement.
The OPC team has the mission to support the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership, by ensuring that the Foundation's organizational and operational structure is in line with the strategic ambitions and priorities.

ROLE
The role of Organization, Process & Change (OPC) Specialist is crucial in supporting the OPC Manager and the Chief of Staff in implementing projects and organizational development. The mission involves ensuring the Foundation's organizational structure aligns with strategic ambitions and priorities. Responsibilities include supporting the definition of organizational strategies, process reengineering, and operational improvements. Specialists will work closely with internal stakeholders to support business strategy, analyze and implement changes, define new role profiles, and facilitate cross-functional discussions. Additionally, they will manage project portfolios, track progress, ensure timely deliverables, and identify process gaps.
RESPONSIBILITIES Support the OPC manager in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, processes, operational models, improvement and transformation initiatives. Be actively involved with internal stakeholders in the definition of operations processes that best support the business strategy while ensuring consistent organizational design. Play an important role during the analysis and design phase as much as along the implementation of the changes agreed with the foundation divisions/functions. Define processes and supporting tools for the to be scenario. Identify gaps in key processes, based both on new reorganizations and on critical existing situations/processes. Support the OPC Manager in the cross-functional discussion and balance trade-offs between different stakeholders. Define new role profiles and skills needed to support change. Support operations projects as well as the coordination of assigned projects tracking program/project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Manage project portfolio, providing updates and supporting the OPC Manager to deal with issues and prioritization. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Economics3-5 years of proven experience in similar rolesStrong methodological and analytical skillsFlexibility & adaptabilityProblem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTime management and prioritizationPrevious experience in management consulting companies and/or in no-profit or public context as a plusAbility to relate at different levels, from operative profiles to top managementAbility to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a complex matrix organizationProactive attitude, result-oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiativesCertification or training in business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile as a plusProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient in Project management toolsFluent in Italian and English, any other language a plusDURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally. The Managers will be based in Lecce CMCC office. Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience. Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract. Flexible working time as per internal policies. Support during the immigration process, if needed. PROTECTED CATEGORY
