Our People & Culture Department is looking for a **Junior** **Recruiting Specialist** who will support the Talent Acquisition & Development function.

**ROLE

**RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruiting Specialist will be part of Talent Acquisition & Development team, withing People & Culture function, and will be responsible on these activities:

- Manage recruiting activities, including job interviews (introductory, motivational, and technical) with various stakeholders.

- Coordinate with the administrative team to initiate the contracting process.

- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires across Italy.

- Develop and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the reporting manager.

**REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in humanities, social sciences, economics, or related fields.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting (conducting interviews) and in HR-related roles.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.

Language fluency will be assessed during the interview.

- Desirable**knowledge of recruitment tools or HR software is an asset.

- Experience working in multicultural or international environments or the right mindset.

**DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.

- The position is based in our CMCC headquarter office in Lecce.

- Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience

- Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract.

- Flexible working time as per internal policies.
