Field Sales Support - Madrid
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Support Rep is responsible for supporting the Sales teams with Sales tools, transactions and processes to reduce the sales/account managers time spent in the sales tools.
- Dealing with complex quotes and queries
- With operation team support to create the actual quotes
- Summary of Quotes Approval Status
- Summary of Orders Shipments
- Coordination with CRM team for New Account Manager training and correct assignment of accounts
- Any type of sales, PO or OM Escalations
- OM Support
- Customer and Account Manager facing, over the phone for complex quotes or issues
- Direct accounts customers, Partners and AMs relationship developed in time
- Expedites & Partial Shipments
- Logistics and Shipments queries
- Coordination of quotes approval on complex / high value quotes for Direct and Major accounts
- Coordination of order shipments on multi-sites
- Cross theatre quote management
- SA and SFDC reconciliation and SFDC Pipeline reporting for sales
- SFDC Hygiene : Out of Date, RDD, Book Ship and forecast category
- Managing Frame Agreements & MPPA's in SFDC
- Create placeholders and splitting up opportunities to reflect what it's forecasted in current quarter
- Attend weekly forecast calls
- Booking, backlog and shipment reports checks
- Hold reports checks
- Ad hoc reporting requests from Sales
- Admin management of commitment letters and RFQs for direct and Major accounts
- RMA coordination with OM/ Sales and Customer
- RMQs coordination with planners/ customers and ensuring SFDC entry is in sync
- EOL coordination with corporate product management team
- Partner queries
- Testing of new system functionalities / new processes
- Creating New Accounts Approved by Management in the Sales Tools, liaise with CRM team to have
- Account's assigned to correct Sales Account Manager.
- Creating New Opportunities in Sales Force.
- Creating New Non Configurable and Configurable Quote's.
- Managing existing quote's and accurate forecasting for the sales team.
- Closing business based on Sales Achievement reporting.
- Reviewing Orders and follow up on shipments.
- Liaise with Logistics regarding urgent Expedites and to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
- Attend CRM training regularly.
- Become part of the CRM Super Users base to support quarterly and major releases.
- Be the go-to point for the commercial and all users for "how do I" questions.
- Cover ad hoc transactions in the sales tool for Account Manager's on holidays or travelling.
- Provide feedback for enhancement to the CRM team for future releases.
- Liaise with Order Management, Deal Desk and CRM team for timely resolution of urgent quotes / orders.
