In this journey, we and our community share the SICILIAMIA lifestyle — rooted in values, driven by experience. POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Event Management Hospitality Intern at our Ragusa office, where you'll blend Italian culture with excellent hospitality.
As our trainee, you will collaborate with a talented team to elevate our brand and constantly strive to deliver the best possible outcomes to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication, assisting with the integration of our Property Management System (PMS), and supporting the acquisition of exclusive travel agency partnerships.
This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your creativity and passion while contributing to our brand. This on-site internship starts in January 2025 and lasts at least 4 months. RequirementsKEY ACCOUNTABILITYAssist in setting up and optimizing event management tools and PMS.
(having experience using the tools is desirable)Support travel agency acquisition and network expansion. Conduct digital marketing research on trends and customer preferences. Curate and manage social media content for brand promotion and increase engagement. Help optimize internal processes for efficiency and customer experience. Contribute to writing blogs and travel articles highlighting Sicily's culture and latest trends. Assist with brand messaging and ensure consistency across platforms. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a timely and professional service experience while identifying ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
