Our client, a leading distribution and logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team.

As a Warehouse Worker , you will be part of the Operations Department , supporting the warehouse and inventory team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset , which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Pay Range: $17. 00 What's the Job?

Receive and count stock items, recording data manually or using a computer.

Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.

Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts and resolving discrepancies.

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner to maintain efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations in storage areas.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.

5-7 years of warehouse or material handling experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse safety protocols.
