Starhotels is looking for a Restaurant Manager for "Cafè Romano", the restaurant of its Hotel d'Inghilterra located in the center of Rome.

He/she will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the F&B department and will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Ensuring guest happiness and satisfaction with our Italian hospitality experience

- Able to motivate the team to obtain highest results

- Responsible for Restaurant and In room dining financial goals

- Budget control

- Inventory and cost control

- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

- He/she is able to communicate in an effective manner, using the most suitable channels.

- Is able to organize his/her workflow efficiently, therefore meeting all deadlines.

- Creates action plan in line with business objectives

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in 5 stars hotels and/or well-known restaurants preferably at

international level

- Able to use software for management of F&B
