Starhotels is looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic figure to join our team, with temporary contract, as **Social Media Specialist** in our Headquarter in Florence.

The Social Media Specialist, working together with the marketing team, will collaborate on planning, implementing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increse the presence online, the awareness and the reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Editorial plan creation support

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc)

- Daily content copywriting

- Community management activity

- Execution and analysis of paid social ad campaigns (Meta)

- Organic and paid reporting

- Continuously improve by identifying trends, benchmarking, competitors analysis, insights and social data/metrics and optimizing performance based on key factors

- Influencer recruitment and management

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing (at least 2 years)

- Previous work experience in hospitality is a plus

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Knowledge and passion for luxury and hospitality and the most popular social platforms

- Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

- Fluency in both Italian and English
