Starhotels is looking for a* Restaurant Manager* for "Cafè Romano", the restaurant of its **Hotel d'Inghilterra** located in the center of **Rome**.

He/she will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the F&B department and will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Ensuring guest happiness and satisfaction with our Italian hospitality experience

- Able to motivate the team to obtain highest results

- Responsible for Restaurant and In room dining financial goals

- Inventory and cost control

- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.

Required competencies:

- He/she must be a passionate, generous and solid leader who can create and manage a collaborative team by being a role model for positive teamwork, rewarding and encouraging staff.

- He/she is able to communicate in an effective manner, using the most suitable channels.

The information shared across the business is done in a timely manner to ensure efficient communications within all involved departments

- Is able to organize his/her workflow efficiently, therefore meeting all deadlines.

- Creates action plan in line with business objectives

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in 5 stars hotels and/or well-known restaurants preferably at international level

- Able to use software for management of F&B.
