2025 Off-Cycle Internship Program - Asset Management - Milan

**Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start?

Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

You'll get to:

- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

- support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions

- learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

**Your team

You'll work in Asset Management, helping to manage large-scale assets with well-diversified businesses across regions, capabilities and distribution channels.

You'll be part of a team that works with one of the largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe, and the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland.

**Your expertise

- is in their penultimate or final year of their degree, or recently graduated (no more than six months from the start of the internship)

- has or is on track for a 2. 1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree

- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
