As a Desktop Admin - Onsite, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier installation and support services to valued clients.

Responsibilities: Installing and configuring desktop systems to guarantee peak performance and functionality.

Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, swiftly resolving hardware and software issues.

Overseeing desktop infrastructure, encompassing both Windows and Mac environments.

Enforcing robust network security measures, including R&S and Firewalls.

Managing various hardware peripherals such as laptops, printers, and other devices.

Seamlessly communicating in English, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

Holding a valid driver's license, enabling flexible onsite support.

Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in desktop support, coupled with a solid grasp of Windows systems and exposure to Mac environments.

Familiarity with essential networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations.

Proficiency in handling hardware devices such as laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Possession of a valid driver's license for convenient onsite support.
