For an important automotive industrial group based near Modena, we are searching for a Chief Operations Officer (C. O. O) reporting to the Group CEO.

Requirements:Bachelor or Master Degree in manufacturing or operations-based subject Excellent knowledge of Automotive Products, Engineering & Manufacturing Considerable operations experience and an exceptional understanding of manufacturing Experience in a similar company; high volume, digital & automated environment is highly desirable Successful international experience as Operations Director coordinating several sites (from 200 to 500 employees) with a global presence Strong leadership and proven successful track record in change management and team development Strong understanding and ability to deal with P&L Proven experience in leading a successful team Suitable with teamwork, management, and communication, with excellent influencing skills Focused on quality and product innovation improvement Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) Duties:Directing the performance of the full operations function including, but not limited to, manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain (logistics, warehouse, dispatch, returns), and quality assurance Delivering quality manufacturing, service, and innovation to both the company and customers ensuring the operations function as a trusted third-party partner Creating operational strategies in line with the wider group strategy and looking to deliver an increase in profitability through the implementation of multiple, critical change programmes Implementing the strategic operational direction The Ideal Candidate:Contributes to identify growth opportunities within the product range Is able to do specific analysis and to realize concrete plans Is a creative problem solver & decision maker Is suitable with teamwork, management, and communication, with excellent influencing skills Location: MODENACode: RB2811/24 J-18808-Ljbffr
