3D Game Animator with Character Artist Experience

**Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating and fluid character animations to ensure seamless gameplay mechanics, enhance character responsiveness and player engagement

- Optimize animations for performance and memory usage

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team.

**Experiences**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard softwares such as Maya, Zbrush, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop or equivalent.

- Understanding of character art production and pipeline

- Experience working with and implementing 3D asset into game engines

- Strong understanding of rigging and skinning

- Ability to create natural and believable animations and implementing the same in-game or for marketing materials

- Experience editing and working with pre-made animations from external resources (mixamo, mocaps, Rokoko, etc.

)

- Strong communication skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

**Requirements (nice to have)**:

- Knowledge of Unreal Animation Tools (animation BP, Sequencer, )

- Knowledge of facial motion capture

- Knowledge to create high-quality, realistic 3D character models, textures, and materials using industry-standard software and tools

- Knowledge to create realistic, high-detailed 3D assets such as clothes, shoes hair and ccessories, with efficient topology and UVs.

- Experience working with and implementing 3D asset into game engines

- Knowledge of Marvelous Designer

- Experience working on at least one shipped title, preferably in the MMORPG genre or similar online multiplayer games.
