The 3D Design Specialist is part of the Brand Image Studio Team.

The role reports directly to the Brand Image Studio Director focusing on ideating, developing and executing read for production designs for windows, pop-ups and creative retail projects.

In particular, the resource will be responsible of the following activities:

- Proficiently develop concepts for executable designs across all window, pop-ups and other creative retail elements (props/events/outposts) using Rhino & Sketchup programs (or similar), Adobe Suite, etc.

- Ensure the end designs meet the design brief and matches the Brand's aesthetic and marketing messages, while remaining contemporary to the competitive landscape;

- Collaborate with VM team on perfect product presentation in all design formats;

- Develop detailed technical booklets and accurate 3D files for windows, props and pop-ups that are clearly laid out and easily communicable to our key internal and external partners;

- Ensure all design and technical development needs are thorough and accurately executed to meet the specified deadline and production requirements, including the execution of technical layouts;

- Manage the prototype and approvals process, ensuring best possible solutions within timelines and budget;

- Engage and collaborate with gifting, packaging and communication team, throughout the design process to ensure 360 message cohesion.

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the same role / managerial level;

- Excellent communication skills, with a team focused personality;

- Ability to think out of the box and to think laterally;

- Fluent in English language (both spoken and written), knowledge of the Italian language a plus;

- Previous experience in the Luxury and Retail industry is highly desirable;

- Detail orientated, patient and flexible.
