Role: We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Printer / 3D Printer Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

You will be directly onsite with our customers, working on incoming tickets of your users:

Diagnose 3D printing issues Receive and confirm units received Prepare goods for outbound Report and maintain the work order in the internal IT systems Reporting Review and track processes Location: Venezia - fully onsite
