Role:

We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Printer / 3D Printer Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:Diagnose 3D printing issuesReceive and confirm unites receivedPrepare goods for outboundReport and maintain the work order in the internal IT systemsReportingReview and track processes

Location: Venezia - fully onsite

Requirements:

Good EnglishAttention to detailsExcellent time management skillExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsExcellent time management skillAbility to build relationships
