**The Opportunity

As a **3rd Line Technical Support for POS** you will join our dynamic and dedicated Payments Acceptance Management team in Rome or Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our network of POS maintenance technicians and installers to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our customers.

You will work closely with colleagues managing field activities to guarantee service excellence and provide training to the installer network and network of agents.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for supporting the network of POS maintenance technicians and POS installers

- You will support colleagues who manage field activities to guarantee a good quality service

- You will also be responsible for training the installer network and network of agents

- You will be in charge of remotely verifying the conditions necessary for the execution of activities

- You will manage statistics and analyze defects and breakdowns

- You will deliver terminal status reports

- You will address material shortages by preparing new purchase orders

- You will proactively prevent material shortages by calculating usage trends

- You will identify the need for tracking safety stock, minimum stock, etc.

- Over 3 years of experience in physical POS management

- You have knowledge of payment systems

- You have familiarity with customer service activities

- Expertise in utilizing POS terminals

- Knowledge of EMV standards and payment schemes

- Familiar with POS connectivity systems
