The opening 5-Star Resort "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda. This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 1 Pizzeria Gourmet, 2 Bars, a Meeting room and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2, 000 square meters with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.

The POOL RUNNER of the opening 5-Star Resort "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" belonging to the international Hotel chainTravel Charme reports directly to the SPA Manager.

The POOL RUNNER synergically cooperates with the Maintenance Team and the other SPA members (theCosmetologists, the SPA Receptionists, the Hairdresser, the SPA Therapists and the other Masseurs/Masseuses) in compliance with the Company standards, hygiene regulations and Covid prevention procedure, demonstrating high passion for service, great attention to details, proactivity, punctuality and team working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Guests courteously and efficiently according to Company standards;

- Anticipating Guests' requests and needs;

- Guaranteeing that the swimming pools´ areas are clean at all the times;

- Ensuring all pool furnitures are neatly arranged and cleaned;

- Collaborating closely with colleagues of other Departments providing timely assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Institute/Hotel School diploma with high grade,

- At least 1 year in a similar position in 4 or 5-Star Hotels,

- Italian and English confidence are mandatory.

A third language is preferable (e. g.

German and Russian),

- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,

- Flexibility and openness to cooperate with colleagues of different departments,

- Lifeguard Certification is preferable,

- Legal right to work in Italy.
