The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand: Ibiza.
When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally "pine covered islands".
Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the "Pine Island".
So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.
The Front Office Department is the first and last point of contact for our guests.
Guest experience at the Front Office will influence the overall perception and evaluation of the hotel.
Our front office team is looking to cover positions as agents and supervisors in different areas:
Front DeskThe front desk performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests.
They essentially check guests in and out, and process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
They resolve guest opportunities and requests, ensuring that proper and prompt follow-up is completed.
All incoming calls are answered at the front desk, providing information to any guest or visitor inquiry.
Guest RelationsGuest relations ensure all guests have unique, memorable, and personalized experiences at the resort based on anticipation of guest needs and providing wow factor moments in every guest stay.
They inform clients about hotel services and the latest information about events and highlights.
Guest ServicesGuest service is primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage on arrival.
They deal with general inquiries and ensure the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy.
Telephone OperatorOur telephone operator has a huge impact on the smooth operation and communication within the company.
This position requires speaking clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly and courteous tone, always following the LHW standards, as well as using listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate and complete information.
ConciergeThe Concierge Team will assist guests with any special requests they may need: restaurant reservations, yacht charter rentals, babysitters, private transfers, special events, car rentals, outdoor activities, etc.
RequirementsEnthusiasm for the industry and a willingness to turn your hand to anything asked of you are the primary qualities. Previous experience in the reception area. Background in luxury hotels is a plus. High level of Spanish and English.
