• Welcome incoming students and their families, addressing questions and concerns.

• Talk with incoming students individually throughout Orientation weekend to ensure they feel included.

• Facilitate programming.

• Facilitate connections between students.

• Monitor student progress and well-being and notify the AAP Assistant Director of student concerns as soon as possible.

• Conduct check-in meetings with students and make brief records of topics addressed and student progress.

Requirements: Required Qualifications • Record of reliable participation in CASA.

• Conscientiousness.

• Knowledge of Villanova resources.

• Capacity to lead.

• Ability to address conflicts calmly.

• Creativity in program development as well as problem solving.

• Willingness to collaborate closely with peers and staff.

• Willingness to work closely with AAP students and give attention to their well-being.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience as a mentor and/or group leader.

• Expertise in time management.
