This global project role will accomplish activities of data conversion and migration to Workday in the context of Project Fusion.

This project will transform HR delivery for ABB globally by moving from todays dispersed HCM landscape to an operating model that builds on a single Workday instance with best-of-breed add-ons for superior user experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals and applicants.

Complete, fully detailed and correct data migration rules as well as automated and manual procedures are vital for the successful activation of the new system given the global go-live on one date. Working with GBS, you will be actively driving and supporting ABB IT General controls; oversees, monitors and follows upon the execution of the IT General Controls (ITGC) activities (e. G.

Control performance, CPCP, Process walkthrough, etc.

); managing assurance initiatives to increase conformance levels.

You will closely work with the Corporate IS GRC, Corporate ARIC to take provided internal control regulations and guidance into the Fusion program, to make sure that all compliance aspects are secured for go live of Fusion scope.

The role is graded as 11 and reports directly to Project Fusion Technical Stream Lead. Your responsibilitiesIs responsible to drive and support in shaping IT General Controls within Fusion projectImplements together with the Fusion management, IT General Controls standards and methodologies (e. G. , COSO11) in ABBs Internal Controls (SOX) environment.

Facilitates that the Internal Control methodology is strictly implemented and maintained for IT General Controls in Fusion project.

Collaborate with Data Migration and Cutover Project Managers to prepare gate assessments and makes sure all controls are in place and execution of controls is secured for go-live of Fusion scopeInteracts with internal and external auditors and advises internal control owners/performers related to requests from auditors, addressing post-audits recommendations and remediating audit findings.

Oversee the remediation and deficiency assessment process within the Fusion project and proactively work with the ITGC owners to establish end-to-end remediation plans; Support the assessment of deficiencies impact and their underlying root causes.
