Ac Business Controlling & Risk Manager
Position Summary
Support HVAC BU Top Management's decision making of commercial strategy through a constant monitoring of business controlling, risk mgmt, reporting activities and through a continuous improvement of business and budget planning.
Develop and maintain an excellent relation with Sales & Marketing teams in order to facilitate alignment on business topics in a business partnering view.
Working in collaboration with EU Business Controlling, Legal depts, EU Support Mgmt team and constantly following company guidelines, be a close analytic advisor of Head of Division and Business Director, reporting and improving Total Investment to Market structure of SEACE_IT, in order to achieve excellent business results
Role and Responsibilities- Leading the process of sales forecasting trade spend monitoring (yearly/monthly) per business line and customer, in cooperation with SCM and Sales & Marketing team, as well as monthly actual closing ensuring a correct and transparent information-flow on which decisions can be made.
Filtering relevant information and available in order to strongly support the division on financial processes following-up topics, conditions and opportunities for TIM improvement. - Critical assessment of business performance vs business targets and monthly results in light of Market trends. - Sustaining implementation of Commercial Policy in cross functional environment, monitoring the major business KPIs, suggesting corrective actions when needed. - Analyzing and optimizing promotional spend and perform ROI analysis improving sales & marketing planning & control process through ad hoc reporting tools. - Playing active role in ad hoc project evaluation, business case, driving simplification initiatives and best practices in order to secure a healthy P&L to support our business. - Analyzing, managing and supervising Sales agencies contracts, commission plans, customer master data, customer contracts, co-ad invoices, mktg admn tasks, general expenses admn- Understanding and highlighting financial risks and opportunities to the Management.
Skills and Qualifications- Educational Background: Master / Bachelor with a focus in Economics. - Professional Background: 7-10 years' experience in commercial controlling at managerial level in complex multinational company preferably operating in dynamic industry, with consolidated skills in planning and reporting. - Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge of Excel and the most common statistical and analytical tools. - Language Knowledge: Very Good written and spoken English.
