The Academic Coordinator will be in charge of all matters that regard the learning process of our students.

Plan groups schedules, classrooms and teachers.

Prepare classrooms and pedagogical materials (students', teachers' materials, notebooks, etc. )

Monitor the implementation of group planning and scheduling Ensure the efficient management of students entries and ways outs.

Organise, support, coordinate and continuously monitor teachers.

Provide support for teachers and resolve any pedagogical queries they may have.

AUDITS: Coordinate external teacher audits and perform internal teacher audits.

INTERNAL MEETINGS: Prepare and organise internal academic coordination meetings.

PARENTS COMMUNICATION: Provide support in organizing and conducting parents meetings and teacher-parents meetings.

Provide care service for parents and customers, both internal and external.

TESTS: Conduct the learning tests.

Perform analyses on children and groups.

REPORTS: Ensure the preparation of reports and check them EXTRA ACTIVITIES: Prepare the various activities of the school.

Teaching can be required occasionally.

She or he will report to the school director.

The position requires good communication, planning and organizational skills.

It is essential to have had at least one year experience in a similar position.

Certified level of english, minimum C1.

Pedagogical studies or similar will be a preference.

The job hours will be within the time frame 2pm to 7:30pm and include saturdays morning (shifts).
