Academic Organization (Internship)

**Introduction
We are looking for an **Academic Organization Intern**, who will join our growing **Academic Department**, who is willing to work in an international environment, based in Rome, and loves educational sector.
His/Her/Their daily job will consist of supporting in the following aspects: value proposition planning, academic budget monitoring and cost control, faculty community management.
**Roles and Responsibilities
- Weekly expense reporting of Academic Department, as per communication with Program Coordinators.
- Regular monitoring of class delivery in compliance with value proposition planning.
- Regular update of faculty database and support in faculty community management including, but not limited to: risks and needs assessment, recruitment and selection, engagement.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Last academic year or master's degree
- Basic knowledge of excel and power point
- Analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Italian C2
- English C1
- Spanish (preferable)
- Academic situation that allows signing an agreement with a university or training center.
