Job Summary

The purpose of the Job is to support the Student & Academic Service Supervisor in managing class timetable activities, in order to assist in bureaucratic tasks in the whole academic process.

He / She will support the Academic team in developing lessons timetables, exams and other academic activities, supporting the Supervisor in managing relations with teachers and other school departments.

He / She will also assist in school technology implementations aimed to improve the academic process, in accordance with HQ.

**Key Purpose of the Job

**Courses planning** - He / She will support the Team, following the Supervisor instruction, in the following activities:

- To manage Teaching Assignment and course scheduling;

- To set up class timetable and its delivery to teachers and students;

- To support school spaces usage for events, in order to optimize the educational program;

- To build the structure needed for databases and their implementation;

- To plan exams calendar;

- To collaborate in checking the right information flow for regional and ministerial Institutions.

**Faculty and PL Support** - He / She will support the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in maintaining and managing the relations with academic area's representatives (teachers, program leader) for all educational activities: lessons' timetable, registrations, trips planning, exams, marks' publication.

**Skills And Education

- Bachelor degree / Master in Humanistic field;

- Past experience, also as an intern, in academic planning field (Schools / Universities) is a plus;

- Office Suite proficiency, in particular Excel;

- English proficiency;

- Precise and organized person;

- Team player;
