At** Grupo Planeta** we are looking for a new member to join our growing Academic team of our **Rome Business School** as **Academic Product Design Specialist** who is willing to work in an international environment, based in Rome, who speaks Italian and English well and who loves the educational sector.

**_What will your day-to-day work consist of? _

- General organizational support in the Product Improvement and Creation process as an ''Improver''

- Documentation and report preparation as well translation from Italian to English and vice versa

- Competitors Benchmarking analysis

- Program analysis and improvement suggestions

- Set program design requirements based on internal and external analysis

- Identify new product improvement opportunities

- Modify and revise existing value proposition designs to meet changing customer preferences

- Effectively communicate with all product's stakeholders: Program Directors, Companies, Faculty.

- ** Italian** **Native or Advanced.

- High level design** PowerPoint presentation and slides.

- High level of **English, at least C1.

- Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Finance, International relations, Languages.
