Manpower, in partnership with DALLARA , BERCELLA , and other leading companies in the MOTORSPORT sector, is looking for:

LAMINATORS and FINISHERS OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS The course, conducted online and in classroom settings with industry technicians, aims to prepare operators in carbon fiber lamination and finishing to manage specific phases of the process autonomously, respecting the quality standards applied by the main companies in the MOTORSPORT sector.

At the end of the course, those who successfully complete it will have the opportunity to participate in interviews for employment purposes with partner companies.

The course is FREE and intended for UNEMPLOYED/INACTIVE INDIVIDUALS.

Minimum Requirements: Possession of a diploma/qualification Previous experience in activities requiring good manual skills The ideal profile also includes strong motivation to learn, enthusiasm, proactivity, and a passion for the motorsport world.

Course Locations: Theoretical course: ONLINE - VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (1 week)

Practical course: C-Lab in Fornovo di Taro - PR (4 weeks)

Course Duration: 5 weeks
