Accessories Production Coordinator
The role aims at coordinating the production (through external laboratories) of the Maison's accessories within the Operations department.
This is a Temporary project to cover a Maternity Leave.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities Processing data for progress, opening and closing orders, processing order forecasts and following dispatch of orders to suppliers; Management of sending customised materials in line with the production plan; Management of pricing and contract reminders and documentation/compliance to suppliers; Management of goods, preferential origins for correct documentation vs. customers; Handling of garments (production/events/capsules and uniforms); After sales reference for the category; Schedules and monitors quality controls vs. external by collaborating with the dedicated inspector; Involvement in product fine-tuning during defects is also expected.
Technical Requirements: Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years in modernly structured contexts in the fashion/luxury accessories sector; Excellent organisation and data analysis skills and use of Office systems; Leadership Requirements: Results and innovation orientation; Ability to problem solving; Team player; Communication skills and management of relations with co-workers and external suppliers.
Competences: Thorough knowledge of Softwares: Office365 (Excel and Word); PLM systems (Kubix Lectra) + Stealth 3000.
