Job Description The Accessories Technical Designer is a role with a high technical content, responsible for the industrialization of the accessory product (shoes, bags and other accessories) from taking charge of the sketch from the Group's style offices to the production project. The main responsibilities of the role are:

Collects the needs of the various Group style offices, examines the requirements and project specifications in depth.

Manages the entire technical development project, solving any production problems and identifying the most efficient process in terms of time, quality, costs.

Qualifications 1. 01 Manages and interprets the requests of the various Group style offices, understanding the requirements and specifications of the project. 1. 02 Manages research and proposals for raw materials and processes based on the type of product and style. 1. 03 Manages and coordinates the correct flow of information to and from the style office, the supplier and production, ensuring fluid and timely communication. 1. 04 Is responsible for creating and feeding the complete technical data sheets which include all the information related to the production process of prototypes, samples and accessory. 1. 05 Monitors the technical development project, managing any production problems, such as timing, quality and process, proposing appropriate solutions. 1. 06 Intervenes in the flow of activities aimed at determining industrial costs in compliance with the established timing. 1. 07 Is responsible of the correct fit of the model in reference to the final customer.
