Accommodation Supervisor To Work In Ireland
Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone **is now looking for an **Experienced Accommodation Supervisor **to join the team!
We are looking to hear from applicants who may have experience working in a similar role with good operational knowledge of the hotel accommodation operations and OPERA or similar Front Office system.
This role will also suit an experienced Accommodation Assistant interested in taking the next step in their hospitality career!
Essential in this role is a proven track record in exceptional guest care and teamwork.
You will work alongside the Accommodation Manager to deliver the Radisson Blu in Athlone _Yes I Can_ Guest Experience, ensuring that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Over see practical training of new starters & refresher training on room service standards.
- Checking cleanliness of of rooms and ensuring standards are achieved.
- To clean and service the hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas as required reporting to the Manager on Duty/Accommodation Manager
- To refer any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner to the relevant Duty Manager
- To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
- Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
