We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team in Milan and make it easier for partners to put on incredible events.

**About the role

Our partnerships are a big part of what makes DICE special.

We develop relationships with the world's best venues, promoters and artists, and you'll be supporting the team responsible for the success of our partners, helping them grow in Italy.

**You'll be

- Supporting the Account Managers and Account Director in the day-to-day management of our key venue and promoter partners in Italy.

- Leveraging knowledge of the DICE platform and industry best practices to provide excellent consultative support both to your team and partners.

- Working cross-functionally with our CRM, Field Operations, Fan Support and Client Success teams to help manage tactical and on-site needs for partner events.

- Assisting the team in event builds, managing reporting, tracking deliverables, and more.

**You are

- Passionate about the ticketing/live entertainment business, humble and talented.

- A fan of music and culture.

- Actively responsible.

- Confident, with a passion for building valued relationships.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully.

**You'll need

- Experience in working with partners and providing amazing customer service.

- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

- A resourceful attitude.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- To be available and willing to work outside of regular office hours, including some weekends, whether that be assisting partners, taking meetings, or attending partner events.
