- As a key support for the Rights team, you will play a key role in helping plan, brief and facilitate relationships between rights holders and all the company's stakeholders in order to drive DAZN brand awareness, fan engagement & loyalty through our Rights Holders.
- You will support integral, internal processes and help streamline the workload of the team, whilst getting involved in exciting projects with our Rights Holders. You will have strong organizational skills and be confident in working closely with all areas of the business - both in your local market and with teams across the markets.
This is an internship based in our Milan office.

**As our new Account Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to**:
- Assist the Rights Team with the day to day requirements of our key accounts and priority partners, working with them to help activate and deliver best in class campaigns that maximize awareness, subscriptions and revenue for both DAZN and our partners.
- Proactively assist the team with the creative briefing and approval process for requirements with partners and teams
- Assist the team with weekly status reports and task sheets to ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date and tasks are being achieved in line with goals and deadlines.
- Assist the team in organising, attending and reporting on key internal and external meetings, as well as planning sessions, workshops and events.
- Collaborate with business intelligence, analytics and finance teams to provide regular performance updates back to our partners and across the business.
- Continually research industry developments, competitor programs to identify opportunities for future development and communicate effectively back to the local team and back to central.
**You'll have**:
- Interest and understanding of sports (mainly football, but also fighting, rugby, NFL. . )
- Great project management skills - be able to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritise workload where required.
- Self-starter working style with motivation, commitment and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident in building processes and instructing the team on best practice.
- Willing to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and to stay connected to details, whilst being confident to challenge where necessary.
