Key Accountabilities:

- Prospect companies via cold outreach to generate sales qualified leads and identify new customers for Trustpilot

- Educate customers on how Trustpilot solutions can benefit them and asses suitability / fit before passing qualified opportunities to our Business Development Managers to convert

- Research prospects and identity key stakeholders in order to generate interest and develop good rapport

- Build, drive and maintain organised pipeline and activity records using internal tracking systems

- Identify and form relationships with prospects across multiple sectors in the Italian market

- Consistently reach and exceed key performance indicators including leads generated and qualified appointments set

- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role with individual targets

We are looking for people with:

- Fluent in both Italian & English with a positive mindset to always better yourself

- An enthusiasm for the world of E-commerce and online reviews

- Current experience working in a B2B/B2C customer facing environment would be ideal but not required

- A keen interest in customer oriented sales

- Logical thinker, able to use initiative and think outside the box to find solutions

- Self driven and self motivated with the resilience to consistently overcome objections

- Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks effectively
