Account Executive
The Account Executive role will sit within the Sourcing Network and its focus is to support the Client services team with the coordination and administration of this international piece of business.
This role will support the Group Account Director and Account Manager running the account by delivering all account management and client services activity across the multiple brands.
This includes having positive working relationships with internal service teams producing all client work.
Responsibilities:
Account and Financial Management Communicate effectively and regularly with Regional Director, GAD, SAM, and all internal shared service teams Supporting the GAD and SAM with the administrative tasks of the account:
Ensure invoicing is accurate and prompt for all work completed for the client Follow up with the relevant teams where jobs are past material dates and not yet dispatched/invoiced Proactively manage and follow up with clients on aged debt Setting up new suppliers in the system Completing Affiliate Agreements with local clients Working on monthly reports and presentations - WIP reports, YTD Spend Data, Client Orders and Downloads, Expenses and Master Deliver and Re-supply reports Project Management and Client Development Develop a deep understanding of the client's business Day to day responsibility for managing projects Assist SAM in managing client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets Interpretingand consolidating of client briefs and feedbacks Briefing projects in to the internal teams Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client Working closely with the Asset Management team by supporting with master delivery of new campaigns, including all master files, metadata and usage rights People Skills Display strong behaviors:
be open, approachable, honest and act with integrity Be positive and a proactive addressing problems and issues (whether they are internal or those of the clients) Oversee activities across all teams involved in the production of work delivered to the client, engaging well and supporting these teams where necessary Required Skills & Experience Experience in integrated production (POS, marketing print) is preferable An outgoing, positive team player Good IT skills:
Excel & PowerPoint to medium-advanced level Good analytical and numerical skills - finance acumen Strong client facing and presentation skills (both written and verbal) Good interpersonal/communication skills, capable of working well with peers in other teams Proactive and can-do approach Committed to high-quality output and service, with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately Ability to take on board feedback and listen to those around you Multi-lingual is preferable
