About the role: About the role: We are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining and we need someone to help Rillet transition to the next company phase.
We've grown several fold over the past few months and are building out a GTM team to accelerate this trajectory.
You'll work directly with the CEO to scale our pipeline and deliver on ambitious growth goals.
As an early member of Rillet's GTM team, you'll be uniquely positioned to build strategies, test hypotheses, and lay the foundation for Rillet's GTM motion for the years to come.
The role is remote first with opportunities to travel to customers and for team events.
We have offices in New York and Barcelona if you prefer in-office work.
You will: Help build the GTM playbook.
You'll play a key role in building the playbook and driving our GTM motion.
Specifically you'll refine our process playbook, run message tests, perform ROI comparison analyses across channels, experiment to find new, unexpected channels and much more.
You'll take full ownership with a scrappy approach and double down upon signs of success.
Execute relentlessly.
Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to founders and product in close to real-time.
Perform strategic, personalized outreach to priority accounts.
Drive opportunities forward from SQL to Closed Won.
You'll roll up your sleeves and accelerate velocity.
Represent Rillet.
You'll be the face of the company and will apply high customer empathy and structured problem solving to make sure every customer interaction is delightful.
You're comfortable selling into a user with high finance and accounting proficiency and will learn a ton on the domain in the process.
You are a good fit for this role if you: Have 2-3+ years of work experience at a top tier SaaS startup and/or accounting firm in a GTM/customer-related position.
Possess strong writing and verbal skills.
You are an excellent communicator who can make complex concepts easy to understand and know how to write and speak conversationally.
Have a bias to proactivity and action.
You like to hustle, are willing to help out with projects outside your job description, and can push things over the finish line quickly.
Are comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail.
Bonus points if you have experience selling to finance or accounting leaders or domain expertise in the field.
