Account Executive, Amazon Ads
DESCRIPTION
At Amazon we value our relationships with our advertisers as much as our relationships with our end customers, and we're looking for a great Account Executive to help us continue to build our strategic accounts. This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Executive to focus on building long-term strategic relationships with key advertisers and agencies and identifying new and unique advertising opportunities. We offer a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that is a significant driver for the company's overall growth. For our advertising team, it's still Day 1.
While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must feel comfortable discussing with prospective clients on a broad range of issues. An ability to identify, develop, and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and good follow-through, the ideal candidates will be self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order to achieve ambitious business targets.
Key job responsibilities Manage relations with advertisersInfluence media spend within the account based on your understanding of the customer needs and expectationsNegotiate branding solutions on multiple touch points and be able to handle complex discussionsImplement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accountsDiscover and develop new opportunities for business growth across your client verticalGrow relationships at all levels within the client and the agency for your strategic accounts - to increase their knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships and act as a trusted advisor and a go-to resource within AmazonWork cross-functionally and ensure the highest level of customer service provided to all clientsMinimum Qualifications Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising LandscapeExperience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies)Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organizationKnowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agenciesTalent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioningThrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skillsAdvanced level of English and ItalianEducation Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experienceInternational working contextExcellent Presentation and Communication Skills at all levels of an organization
