Account Executive, Commercial/Mid-Market - North Italy
ABOUT THE ROLE…
Pure Storage Italyis seeking a dynamic and drivenSales Professionalto join our team inMilanto drive business in theCommercial (Mid-Market) Accountsin theNorthern Italy Region. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in theCommercial public and private sector.
YOUR CHALLENGE…
As an Account Executive, you will:
Promote the Pure Storage Platform:Advocate for our transformativestorage-as-a-servicesolution that simplifies deployment, management, and scalability of data storage, ensuring customers understand the unique benefits of our unified, reliable, and future-proof platform.
Drive Portworx Adoption:Promote the Portworx solution to new and existing customers, emphasizing its unified storage and data management capabilities that support Kubernetes environments and enable seamless application modernization.
Promote Pure Professional Services:Highlight the value of Pure's professional services to ensure customers receive comprehensive support and solutions tailored to their needs.
Build Relationships:Foster strong connections with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
Lead and Strategize:Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.
Manage Sales Pipeline:Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Leverage Partnerships:Utilize relationships with resellers, integrators, and hyperscalers to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Execute Account Strategies:Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently.
Deliver Results:Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
Communicate Effectively:Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage's benefits.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING…
To excel in this role, you should have:
Sales Passion:A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
Territory Experience:Experience with direct/indirect sales on key accounts in theNorth Italy Region.
Partner Collaboration:Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
Prospecting Skills:Advanced skills in engaging new customers required.
Ambition and Drive:A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
Proven Success:A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge:Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
Communication Skills:Excellent time management and communication abilities.
Experience:8+ years of field sales experience.
Language Skills: Native/BilingualItalianand professional English proficiency.
