Who we are Looking For Within our Communication Agency, Selection, we are looking for an Account Executive for 1 year project who reports directly to Account Supervisor The position consists managing the entire creative development cycle from brief to artwork delivery, in support to the Account Supervisor.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for the production and coordination of packaging and below the line activities Serve as liaison to Internal Operation dpt (creative-production) and coordinate layouts/artworks workflow to meet the client's brief and expectations Liaise with international marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval) Undertake administrative tasks Arrange and attend meetings Build solid relations with other agency departments to facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations International client contact will be involved, perfect English knowledge is essential for the position Extensive proficiency in the use of computers and specific software What we requirefrom you Previous consolidated experience (2/3 years) in a packaging / below the line /advertising agency Capability to deal with international client contacts on daily basis Ability to coordinate packaging graphic design projects and print artwork processes Experience in ATL and Digital projects Consolidated knowledge of the relevant structures and processes in an agency High degree of professional attitude:

strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail Must be able to respond well under pressure Excellent oral/written communication skills in English language are essential Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must be a self starter, quick learner, intuitive and proactive Must have an outgoing and positive personality Ability to builds solid interaction between teams What do we offer Based in Selection offices in Milan, the Account Executive will work with us for 1 year project assignment
