As a strong experienced Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leveraging Amazon's world-class personalization technologies to drive both performance and display advertising sales across multiple platforms to small to medium sized advertisers, retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers, and prospecting to acquire new clients.
You will work with advertisers from various verticals such as Consumer Electronic, Life & leisure, Consumables, Apparels, etc.
You will have the opportunity to work with the local and global sales organizations, product team and internal retail stakeholders.
Along with the team's growth, you will have future opportunities to evolve in different departments and build your career in digital advertising.
Key job responsibilities
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
Communicate regularly with advertisers via email and seminars to inform them about our advertising products.
Use a variety of tools to analyze and proactively adopt global best practices to drive scalability in our sales activities.

Global Growth Sales(GGS) is a global organization that works with small to mid-sized advertisers who are in the process of growing, ranging from advertisers with a certain amount of transactions with Amazon Ads, to advertisers who have a lot of room for growth, to completely new advertisers with varying amounts of transactions and relationships.
We identify and use the most appropriate means to conduct sales activities, such as business meetings, phone calls, e-mails, and webinars.
Our team is able to keep up with new features and improvements that are being constantly added, provide consulting and optimization support based on performance data, and create proposals for usage and combinations that match the advertiser's challenges.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of working experience in new account development or sales to multiple accounts ( 50+ accounts, regardless of industry)
- 3+ years of working experience in advertiser, publisher, advertising agency, or consultation experiences in consulting company
- 3+ years of working experience related in E-commerce or digital Ads - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, solution selling experiences
- Experience creating and interpreting data, and making business recommendations
- Native level Japanese proficiency
- English skills at a level that enables daily conversation and email communication
- Experience using online productivity tools such as Office 365, Salesforce, or similar software
