Account Executive (Intern)
We Are Social** is a global creative agency, with over 1500 individuals across 18 offices worldwide, including over 150 here at our Milan office. We deliver world-class creative campaigns and strategies based on social insights, targeting top-tier brands.
**Client Services Department** The Client Services team handles everything related to the governance of creative projects originating from We Are Social. Areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. As the agency from the client and the client in the agency, the team aims to streamline, organize, and enrich the relationship between the client and the agency.
**Role Purpose** Account executives at WAS don't just manage client relationships; they are true generalists required to take a consultative approach. Account executives, in particular, are the first level in project and client management and have end-to-end involvement in these projects.
You will be the operational reference for the projects you are involved in, both internally and with clients. You will report to the account manager, working closely with the creative and strategic departments to execute integrated creative campaigns, standalone editorial products, and ongoing strategy and content production projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client & Project Management
- Autonomously manage day-to-day tasks
- Support Digital PR & Talent Management activities
- Cost control and coordination with vendors
- Organization and management of shootings
**Requirements**:
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with colleagues and operational counterparts within the Company
- Collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers in the day-to-day development of projects and task execution
- Precise and punctual approach to organizing project workflows and rollout along defined timelines
- Availability, precision, and timeliness in communication with external Brand counterparts (specifically, Social Specialists and Brand Managers)
- Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to deliver output and approaches beyond expectations
- Familiarity with and interest in social communication platforms: basic knowledge of the core tools of major social platforms, their evolutions, and trends
- Passion for digital and social communication, knowledge of best practices and communication case histories
- Analytical approach to defining project measurement metrics
- Prior agency experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent command of the English language _(for real)_

**Contract and Compensation**:
- 6-month full-time internship (40 hours per week).
- €800 net monthly salary.
