Job Description: For Scaleway, an iliad Group company, we are looking for a resource in the role of an Account Executive.
As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the company's customer base as well as finding new opportunities in prospect accounts.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all client requirements are met, and that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Specifically, you will:
Manage a portfolio of accounts (full sales cycle) to increase monthly consumption of our solutions.
Create & innovate on prospecting techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
Enrich and maintain the Salesforce Database to ensure seamless processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Solutions Architect to provide the best customer experience to your prospects and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance.
Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide adapted solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and work with the Marketing team to develop strategies to win new business.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Must Have At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in the Tech Industry (Cloud, software/SaaS editor, and IT services companies).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
Nice To Have Results-oriented & Hunting mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other Sales tech stack.
Location This position is based in our offices in Milan, Italy.
