**Department Description**:
Within our Business Services business unit we have 2 distinct types of teams that cover Enterprise and Commercial accounts.
Our Business Services team sells into a variety of different organisations including Consultancies, Legal, Education, Accountancy, Recruitment, Construction, Security and Property organisations to name a few.
**Your role**:
You will be selling our full portfolio of solutions into Commercial level accounts into the Italian Market.
You will be mostly focus on winning new business, so we are looking for someone with an hunter mentality.
**Your Impact**:
- Drive digital transformation in new customers
- Learn Salesforce award winning products, platform and value proposition
- Drive and lead the complete sales by excelling at both net new sales and up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and meetings
- Leading industry events and user groups to generate market interest
- Attend industry recognised sales training programmes
- Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Efficiency teams
Some of the things we are looking for include:
- Track record of selling Software or Business Applications to commercial businesses in Italy
- Credibility at C-level and successful history of selling to CxOs
- Successful history of net new business sales and managing complex, transformative deals
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Creativity and a team player mindset
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e. g.
extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.
)
- Fluent in English & Italian
