The Role You will manage and grow relationships with our most important restaurant partners in Liguria regions. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants. The Account Manager is focused on the relationship with the network in the Genoa market, working with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. This role is based in Genoa and will report to the Account Lead. You will be responsible for: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners. Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
