You are an avid social media explorer and have strategic contacts with engaging influencers and KOLs.

You are precise in meeting deadlines and love working in a team.

You are a motivating team leader and inspire your team to deliver their best work.

You are fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. Your tasks include the following:Managing all aspects of an account to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of campaigns and achieve optimal results for your clientsInputting on creative strategy for your clients, including the development of individual PR plans and strategy documentsPlanning, organising and attending press functions and press trips on behalf of your clientsConceiving and implementing creative ideas on behalf of your clients to generate media coverage and position your clients in the luxury lifestyle spaceOverseeing forward features planning and pitching on behalf of your clientsDrafting and distributing press releases and blog content as necessary on behalf of your clientsOngoing media outreach to maintain senior editor contacts and develop new relationships and further social media contactsResearching any third-party information/competitor set on behalf of clients as well as key partners (agents locally or abroad)Assisting the Account Director in ensuring reports and tasks are completed promptlyOverseeing client collateral material and the operation of an efficient filing systemMonitoring media and industry trends and awardsProactively organising and attending meetings with media and third-party partners on behalf of your clientsLiaising with our global offices and affiliates as required to help coordinate and share PR materials and newsGuiding and supporting your Account Executive(s) and Intern where necessary and assisting in their training and developmentRegularly contributing to PRCO Group's social media channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
